19. Incantation – exhibition

FEBRUARY 4, 2009

Event organized by Iulian Tomulescu and Art Galleries-Cupola, on February 4, 2006.
The exhibition theme was the Hindu myth of the tree of life and death, with artistic support consisting of paper, tracing and projector. The art works presented in this exhibition intentionally exceeded the “soul storming” moment proposed in the first event KALPATARU – Temptation in faith. The expressiveness of the present exhibition is based entirely on the concept: The beauty is in the viewer eyes – soul’s mirror.
Coconiţe Ensemble supported this project through image, movement and incantations spoken to each viewer.

20. ’’ABSYNTHE’’ BY CHRISTIAN LACROIX

Event organized by AVON 069, Iaşi, in Dublin Pub – Students House, on February 12, 2009, at the launch of a new fragrance ”Absynthe” by Christian Lacroix.
Coconiţe Experimental Dance Ensemble was special guest, performing an artistic program prepared especially for this perfume.
The choreography signified a wonderful, mysterious world, where fantastical characters were creating this fragrance in a magical dance.

21.ON DREAM WINGS

The show ‘On Dream Wings’ was performed by COCONIŢE Ensemble on February 28, 2009 at the Athenaeum Tătăraşi. The show is a symbol of desire for freedom that everyone feels in the depths of their soul. The dream is a perfect space in which man can fulfill his desires and hopes that society and life restrict in an intentional way. The ration disappears when the child emerges in us, causing a sense of innocence that we can dare more, to love pure, to dream honest, to play again without thinking of adulthood responsabilities . On Dream Wings suggests a journey, not in world, but in us, a simple search of time seen through the eyes of a child: we open with him a book of stories that everyone will read it how they want, being led on the wings of innocence and imagination”. 22. BOOK LAUNCHE- ’’SUMMER’’

Event organized by FRIENDSHIP UNIVERSE ASSOCIATION on June 05, 2009 at Athenaeum Tătăraşi.
Coconiţe Experimental Dance Ensemble and the theater group from High School TRIMBULINZII, Nicolina, Iaşi were guests of the artistic program.
Books that were launched: Summer – World of friendship, collective volume of verse signed by Mariana Ciurezu, Vasile Ionac, Simon Irofrei, Adriana Neacşu, Mariana Rogoz Stratulat, Daniela Semian. Graphics were made by Liliana Nastas Bratescu
Letters to me, volume of poems and photography art by Alice Rosentzwieg
Alignment of planets, SF short stories by Monica Nicoleta Costan.

At microphone, spoke in turn: Rodica Rodean, president of the Friendship Univers Association, Didina Sava, vice president of the same Association, Adi Cristea, editor of Masthead 24: hours, the authors of volumes released.
The event was attended by Valeriu Stancu, President of Union of Writers – Iaşi branch, Aurel Ştefanache- author and other personalities of Iaşi.

23.AMONG THEM!…

“Among them!…” is a show from yesterday and today, with an uncertain tomorrow. Today, when we desperately / with enthusiasm seek for our origin, with the hope that we will know where we are going, we forget completely the present time, the stage that we reached. Everything seems normal, but is it really natural? The show exposes what we are or what we will become if we don’t stop a moment from our continue wandering in the false needs of society. We are dedicating this show to children and all those who want to reflect on issues raised by us, while removing indifference to what we most value: love and innocence.

The event was organized by AIESEC, the largest international youth organization in the world, present in 107 countries, .

Coconiţe Experimental Dance Ensemble has been invited along with other groups and ensembles to create a multicultural spectacle, involving itself and organizing artistic events.

30. LAUNCH OF THE POETRY VOLUME “Winter” / ARTISTIC PROGRAMME – “Computer addiction”

Friday, December 11, 2009, at the Athenaeum Tătăraşi, was launched the fourth volume of poetry of the FRIENDSHIP UNIVERSE ASSOCIATION. Coconiţe Experimental Dance Ensemble developed an artistic program with theme “computer addiction” in today’s society. Books pages will dance for the young caught in computer’s entangling, with the hope that they will attract his attention from it.
